6. Who we share it with

We are based in India and we work with clients in the US, the UK and Canada. Some of our providers, including Google, store data on servers outside India. Where we send personal data abroad, we use providers who offer recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

 

8. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Client records: for the duration of the engagement and then as long as tax and accounting law requires, currently eight years in India.
• Analytics data: according to the retention period set in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.

 

9. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you and why.
• Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete your data, where we are not required to keep it.
• Withdraw consent you previously gave, including for analytics cookies.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf, as the DPDP Act allows.

10. Security

We use HTTPS across the site, keep the platform and plugins updated, restrict access to form submissions to the two of us, and use reputable hosting. No website can promise perfect security, but we take it seriously and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.

 

11. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

 

12. Links to other sites

Our work and case studies link to client websites. Once you follow a link, that site’s own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for how other sites handle your data.
